Pumpkins Patches and Hayrides

It's been a whirlwind of a month and I am still in shock it's already November! Before we know it, it will be will Christmas and I'll have made it through my first semester at college. Where did the time go?! Wasn't I just moving in yesterday?

I was walking through the mall this past Saturday with some friends and we were utterly amazed that they already had the Santa scene up and little kids were lined up around the corner to take pictures with Santa and tell him what was on their Christmas list. A little too soon if you ask me....

Here's a little summary of what I have been up to lately!

For fall break my roommate and a hallmate of ours, and me of course, all went on a road trip back to my house in Raleigh! It was so much fun being home and even more fun being able to introduce my new friends to my old friends! We savored every home-cooked meal and cherished every moment we spent sitting on the couch watching stupid reality TV shows. It's the little things you miss the most!

A few Fridays ago we left right after class and headed to Ashville to do a little hiking and enjoy the fall weather. The view from up top was absolutely breathtaking and we took a million and one pictures. It was nice to get off campus and explore the mountains!

In the spirit of Halloween a few of us drove to a farm right near Clemson and had a blast getting lost in the corn maze, eating s'mores by a campfire, and going on a hayride. The best way to spend a fall Saturday night if you ask me!

What have you been up to lately??

Don't forget,

xoxo

Shannon
