Imagine Christmas morning but 10X the excitement and taking place on the 26th of January. As you probably saw if you follow me on Instagram or twitter, SUNDAY WAS BID DAY! I could barely sleep Saturday night due to the sheer excitement. I woke up anxious and nervous to discover where my home would be for the next 3 ½ years!

I was beyond happy when I opened my bid and I am so excited to be a part of a sisterhood that has  shown me so much love already. I have the best pledge class on earth (no like seriously y’all) and I cannot wait to get to know all my new sisters even better.

I woke up on Sunday morning having two little brothers, but it was an amazing feeling to wake up Monday with over a hundred new sisters (ahhhh!).

Here’s a little glimpse into bid day (aka Christmas in January)!

So excited to see what this sisterhood holds for me!

Tell me your bid day story in the comments!

P.S. Did you know one of Tridelta's symbols is the pearl? Too perfect.

  1. hi I love your blog! Im a senior in high school right now and reading your blog makes me so excited for college!

How did you make such a nice theme for your blog? Im trying to make a fitness blog…and its so confusing to find the best template haha

  2. I joined my sorority (Alpha Omicron Pi) about a year ago but I went through informal rush so it was a total surprise when what I thought would be fro-yo with a friend turned into an ambush of sisters telling me I received a bid! Congrats on starting your lifelong journey in sisterhood!

  3. Congrats! My school doesn't have a Greek system (I wish!!!) but my boyfriend's school does and many of my friends are in sororities. Greek life is so fun, I hope you have an amazing experience!
