To-do lists

If you know me well, you know that I always have a million to-do lists going at one time. One in my planner, one on a sticky note on my desk, another in a random notebook, and probably another scribbled on a scrap piece of paper.

Everyday after classes and before I start tackling the mountain of homework that I always have, I make a to-do list. I compile of list of everything that needs be done by the following day and then some tasks I wish to complete if I finish everything else. I pull assignments from my planner by looking at what is coming up in the next few days and then also looking at my to-do list from the previous day to see what didn’t done. I’m such a visual person that it helps me to see everything written down in one place. It also motivates me to get tasks done because there is no feeling comparable than crossing something off a to-do list. Really, you gotta try it.

I use all kinds of to-do lists. I always have a stack of sticky notes on my desk and I don’t dare to leave my dorm room with out somekind of small notebook I can doodle things to do in. Pretty to-do lists make being productive even more fun!

What do you use for a to-do list?

  1. I love making to-do lists! I tend to just use sticky Post-Its or use the space in my Erin Condren planner!
